Elaine is a Long Island native who graduated from Nassau School of Medical Assistants. She has worked in the field of Plastic surgery and aesthetics as a Patient Coordinator for several years. Elaine joined Theresa’s team at Virtual Skin Spa 5 years ago and has enjoyed assisting clients to help them reach their personal aesthetic goals.

Nikki is a medical assistant who believes that patient care is my number one priority. She specializes in BioTe hormone therapy. She has been helping patients feel better and younger for the past 5 years. Nikki graduated with an Associate’s Degree in Healthcare Management and also holds certifications as a medical assistant, phlebotomist and in BioTe medical support. She is a wife, a mother of one son, PJ.

Danielle is a certified medical assistant. She graduated from The New York School of Medical and Dental Assistants in 2014. While working closely with Theresa, she worked her way up to becoming a Skin Care Director and Skin Trainer at Virtual Skin Spa. She brings a positive attitude and spunky energy to the team. Her expertise and experience contribute to treatment plans for her patients. In addition to her duties, she enjoys being in nature, traveling, and spending time with her family.

Saige is a registered nurse with six years of experience in acute and emergency critical care as well as trauma in New York State. She is also a nurse educator for Columbia Presbyterian. Saige is a nurse injector with a mentorship under Theresa Pinson at Virtual Skin Spa.

Joellen Resch is a licensed esthetician with more than 25 years in the beauty industry and 17 years of hands-on experience. She has been part of the Virtual Skin Spa team for over seven years and is known for her intuitive approach and strong client relationships. Joellen focuses on long-term skin health by combining advanced treatments with lifestyle and wellness guidance. Outside the treatment room, she is deeply committed to continued education and helping clients feel confident in their skin.
