Theresa Pinson, a Master’s-educated Family Nurse Practitioner and board-certified by the ANCC, is the visionary entrepreneur behind Virtual Skin Spa, a premier Cosmetic Care Atelier with locations in both Long Island and Manhattan.
Raised in Newton, Alabama, she cultivated a strong work ethic through childhood jobs and caregiving responsibilities, developing compassion and resilience early on. After completing her graduate studies and working in cardiovascular care, Theresa discovered a passion for cosmetic aesthetic medicine. She accepted a position at a Fifth Avenue clinic in Manhattan and completed an intensive six‑week training program in Botox, fillers, and rejuvenation procedures.
Within a year, she advanced to leadership roles, including directing Alabama’s wellness program and managing a plastic surgery practice in New York—gaining extensive experience in surgical-office operations and patient care—before launching Virtual Skin Spa, now a recognized Cosmetic Care Atelier.
As Founder & Director, Theresa provides a wide range of advanced injectable treatments, including Botox, Jeuveau, and Daxxify, as well as dermal fillers such as Juvederm, Restylane, Evolysse, and Radiesse.
